Custom Orders & Remakes

Processing time for wig consist of 7-14 business days. Business days do not include holidays or weekends! Processing starts the next day after ordering. Once your order has been processed (completion of wig), your wig will be shipped & delivered via UPS within 3-5 business days! Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost of $175 to ensure your wig is to you within 4 business days. This includes processing time & delivery. All wigs are made to order with LOVE!

Brooklyn Luxe & Co. is not responsible for lost packages! Please add insurance to your order if you'd like a wig replacement in the case of a lost/stolen package! Insurance is an additional $25.
