PROCESSING & SHIPPING

At Brooklyn Luxe Hair, each unit is carefully handcrafted and customized with attention to detail to ensure a luxury experience from start to finish. Please review our shipping and return policies before placing your order.

Processing Time

All custom and made-to-order units require a processing time of 7–14 business days before shipment. Processing time allows for construction, customization, quality checks, and packaging preparation.

 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and carrier delays.

 

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Expedited Processing & Shipping

Need your order sooner? We offer an Expedited Processing & Shipping option for $200, which includes priority construction and shipping.

 

Orders with expedited service will be:

 

  • Processed

  • Customized

  • Shipped

  • Delivered

 

within approximately 4 business days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Brooklyn Luxe Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided.

 

For additional protection, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. Claims regarding lost or stolen packages must be handled directly through the shipping carrier if insurance was not added.

 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of luxury hair products and for sanitation purposes, all sales are final.

 

We do not offer:

 

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

 

on any wigs, bundles, extensions, closures, frontals, or custom units.

Order Agreement

 

By placing an order with Brooklyn Luxe Hair, you acknowledge and agree to all processing, shipping, and return policies listed above.

 

 

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing and construction-related issues including:

​

  • Loose or unraveling stitching

  • Track separation from the cap

  • Elastic band defects

  • Structural cap construction issues

  • Defects related to the original craftsmanship of the unit

 

If an eligible issue occurs within the warranty period, Brooklyn Luxe Hair will repair the unit at no additional labor cost.

​

 

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by normal wear, improper maintenance, alterations, or misuse, including:

 

  • Lace tears or ripping

  • Excessive shedding

  • Heat damage

  • Chemical/color processing

  • Product buildup or improper washing

  • Damage caused by cutting or customizing the unit

  • Damage from another stylist or third-party modifications

  • Normal aging of human hair over time

 

Please note that human hair requires ongoing maintenance and proper care to preserve the integrity of the unit.

Warranty Requirements

To qualify for warranty service:

 

  • The original order number or proof of purchase must be provided

  • The unit must be returned for inspection before repairs are approved

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims

Additional Information

Brooklyn Luxe Hair reserves the right to deny warranty claims that show signs of excessive wear, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or improper care.

 

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Complimentary Maintenance Service

Every custom wig purchase from Brooklyn Luxe Hair includes one complimentary maintenance service to help preserve the beauty, softness, and longevity of your unit.

 

This service includes:

 

  • Shampoo

  • Deep conditioning

  • Professional restyling

 

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Brooklyn Luxe Hair.

Important Information

​

  • Complimentary maintenance services are valid for one use per purchased unit

  • Service must be redeemed within 6 months of the original purchase date

  • Additional customization, coloring, repairs, or reconstruction services are not included

  • Units must be sent in sanitary condition and free of excessive product buildup

 

Brooklyn Luxe Hair reserves the right to refuse maintenance services on units showing excessive damage, improper care, or unauthorized alterations.
